AANA Capability Terms and Conditions
We have some simple TERMS AND CONDITIONS we would like to share with you.
Capability scheduled workshops run subject to enrolment numbers. Should we have to reschedule a workshop due to low registrations or exceeding capacity, we will contact you to arrange another date.
The AANA reserve the right to reschedule workshop dates and venues.
Module registration payment is non-refundable.
Please help us to help you. Its important participants to attend once registered. ‘No shows’ mean a place has gone to waste that another member could have taken. However we understand urgent business priorities can mean you have to cancel sometimes. Therefore
- Should participants not be able to attend for work reasons, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is requested. We will reallocate your place and rebook you for the next available place
- If you are ill, please advise the AANA before the start of the course. We will reallocate your place and rebook you for the next available place
- Should a participant be a ‘no-show’ on the day the AANA will advise the Member line manager and their place will be forfeited.
